Copyright and DMCA Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

Scoreline Ventures Inc., which operates Gameday Dallas, respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to report infringement

Send a written notice to our copyright agent (below) that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. The URL or other information that lets us locate the material on our site.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent. It must include your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We will end access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, where appropriate.
